Day 2 - Salt Lake City to Vail

Left SLC this morning at about 8am. Chris has been asleep in the back of the car ever since.

We left HWY 80 for the first time and headed soutwest on HWY 6 past Provo towards HWY 70 which will take us into colorado and vail.

Great countryside. Lots of signs of current and past coal mining. The hils/mountains are all sedimentary and the different levels are amazingly obvious.

All in all an interesting drive.
